After successive careers in commercial real estate lending and mortgage banking in Southern California, John settled on investment in primarily single tenant net leased real estate. His lending experience and legal training allows for quick underwriting and responsive engagement. John is based in San Diego and has a family that makes him proud. He enjoys traveling with them and engaging in a game of golf from time to time.
Nick completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX and earned his J.D. at South Texas College of Law in Houston. Upon graduating law school, Nick moved to San Diego and began working with Torrey Financial Group. Nick’s primary responsibility at TFG is the sourcing and underwriting of potential new investment opportunities, specifically targeting properties that are opportunities for value creation and strategic enhancement. Nick also participates in the asset and property management of TFG’s investment portfolio. From 2015 to 2017, Nick participated in 58 transactions totaling over $100,000,000 in volume and continues to seek properties suiting TFG’s investment criteria for acquisition.
